Job description :

As the Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a total compensation strategy, as well as using HR analytics, including dashboard development, to inform decision-making. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent and creating a team culture focused on excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation, benefits, analytics, and HRIS professionals, ensuring high performance, learning, and growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that include compensation, benefits, recognition and other perks. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on total rewards and people analytics trends, sharing best practices and innovative solutions with the broader organization
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive within the industry and support our talent acquisition and retention efforts
  • Establish a robust people analytics function to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee demographics, engagement, turnover, retention and performance;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align total rewards programs with organizational goals and values
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of benefits packages, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our workforce and comply with regulatory requirements

Skills and qualifications :

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or any other related field. A master's in business administration is an asset
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a similar role, including at least 7 years in a total rewards management position, preferably within a professional service firm
  • This role is national so bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken, is important
  • Have a strong understanding of total rewards principles, compensation benchmarking methodologies and regulatory compliance
  • Comfortable with technology tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Chart, Power BI), HRIS, especially UKG, and compensation management systems;
  • Ability to simplify complex data and excel in interpersonal communication. Possess a sharp business sense and significant influencing ability
  • Have a strategic approach and experience in developing and implementing innovative human resource solutions to achieve results
