The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of two manufacturing sites. This strategic role aims to drive growth, lead organizational transformation, and institute culture change while ensuring operational efficiency, productivity and profitability. Sectors under his.her responsability : Production, Quality, Procurement and Logistics, Strategic Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering and Planning.

Skills and qualifications :

• University degree in operations management, engineering, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in an operations management role, including managing organizational growth and transformation.
• Proven experience in managing multiple sites and improving operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful organizational transformations.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
• Mastery of production management tools and ERP systems.
• Visionary and strategist capable of driving growth and change.
• Inspirational leader with strong mobilization skills.
• Adaptability and resilience to the challenges of organizational change.
