Job description :

The Human Resources Director is responsible for the strategic management of the company's human resources. He/she works closely with the management team to ensure that corporate objectives are aligned with HR practices. The HRD leads organizational development, manages employee relations, oversees recruitment, and ensures that the company complies with labor laws and regulations.

Main responsibilities

HR strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies in line with corporate objectives.

Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, integration and development of talent to meet business needs.

Employee relations: Maintain positive employee relations, manage conflict and promote a healthy and productive work environment.

Legal compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, as well as internal company policies.

Organizational development: Design and implement development and training programs to enhance employee skills.

Compensation and benefits: Oversee the management of salaries, benefits and pension plans.

Corporate culture: Promote and reinforce corporate culture, aligning HR practices with corporate values.

Performance management: Implement performance appraisal and career management systems.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex situations and make strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Mastery of HR tools and information systems.

Required qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Labor Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, including 5 years in a management role.
  • Bilingual French and English
