Finance Director

Job description :

As the Finance Director, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer CFO and be responsible for establishing a scalable financial function to support the company's next growth phase.

You will oversee the following:

• A finance-accounting team
• Financial planning
• Accounting
• Administrative functions

You will provide financial advice, analyses, and support to management, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.  Additionally, you will identify areas for process improvement and ensure that our enterprise systems are fully optimized.

Skills and qualifications :

• 10 years + of experience in finance and accounting
• CPA designation
• Strong track record in strategic, results-oriented achievements
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling to support investment decisions
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High ability to manage priorities, attention to detail, and capability to work rigorously and collaboratively
• Leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, proficiency in the MS Suite, particularly Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
