Job description :

As a Director, you will be part of the executive staff of our client's Group. You will plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the various aspects of the company's operational management.

The Director of Operations and Processes will also be actively involved in the company's investment strategy, and may collaborate on several levels, including pre-acquisition processes (due diligence) and post-closing integration.

The role will become more strategic as the company grows and the employee's skills develop. This is a newly created role within the organization.

Main responsabilities

• Monitoring and supervision of the Group's various activities and businesses
• Creation and follow-up of performance indicators related to the Group's current activities and new investments.
• Participate in the Group's investment processes
• Participation in deployment of post-acquisition integration strategy
• Manage and optimize Group liquidity
• Support accounting team
• Participation in the budgeting process
• Participation in financial statement analysis
• Supervision of intercompany activities
• Implement and monitor internal processes and controls
• Participation in the Group's growth strategy via portfolio companies
• Other miscellaneous projects as required by future projects undertaken.
